Fancy Dress Ideas - Letters J and D

So my friend is going to a fancy dress party and the theme is the letter J and D - Someones initials!
This has led to many many hours of searching for as many options as possible for both letters.
It would seem that this is something that lots of people do and is becoming more popular with Hen parties as well so with that in mind and welcoming all suggestions we have decided to start creating idea lists for each letter to help people out..
